Callum started skiing at 8 years old at a 'come and try session' at Huntly Nordic ski centre and has been competing since he was 12 years old.
He competed at the European Youth Olympics in 2009, gaining
Britain's highest ever position in the cross country races.
For this achievement he was selected as flag bearer at the
closing ceremony. Callum also gained World Cup qualification
the same season at 16 years old.
Last season he won a Swiss cup U18 race and competed at the World Junior Championships as well as gaining Olympic qualification, though he wasn't selected.
This year Callum is training and racing with Hovden Ski Gymnas
(Hovden, Norway). He will race primarily at Norwegian Cup
races as well as hopefully the World Champs and World Junior
Champs.
