Molly Summerhayes shortlisted for BBC Young SPOTY

GB Park and Pipe skier Molly Summerhayes has been shortlisted for the BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year 2015 award.

The reigning World Junior Halfpipe Ski Champion has made it into the last 10 of the prestigious award. The winner will be revealed during this year's BBC Sports Personality of the Year, which will come from Belfast's SSE Arena on Sunday, 20 December.

The 18 year old from Sheffield said of the announcement: "I watch SPOTY every year and to be shortlisted for the Young Sports Personality award feels pretty crazy. I couldn't be happier! It's a good start to the season, that's for sure."
