Biography:

When I was six years old my father Carl, a ski-mad lifelong enthusiast, encouraged me to take lessons at the local dry ski slopes near our home – so I joined Pendle Ski Club.

In fact, he gave my sister and I a really good incentive to get involved. If we achieved a good basic level, he told us, he and my mum Shirley would take my sister and I skiing on real snow!

I have specialized in the Discipline of Slalom and have achieved 5 British Slalom Titles, competed at 2 Winter Olympic Games, placing 17^th in the Slalom at Sochi in 2014.

In 2013 I was the first Brit to win an Overall Europa Cup title. 2015 season I made a big step and finished in the top 30 in World Cup races 5 times with my best result 16^th in Madonna di Campiglio. I finished the season 30^th in the World Cup standings.
