Jack made the transition from alpine to telemark skiing in 2008, whilst working as a ski instructor in Verbier, Switzerland. As a passionate and committed athlete, Jack was selected to join the British Telemark Team in 2009 and quickly progressed, finishing his first season on the FIS Telemark Work Cup with a number of top 30 finishes.
Last season Jack made some exciting changes in Saas Fee during pre-season training with JJC Training which helped him to go on and win the 2011/12 British Championships in Rauris, Austria. Jack also finished the season the World Cup season with some very creditable top 20 finishes in Norway and the USA.
