BSS Annual General Meeting 18/09/2013
British Ski and Snowboard held its first Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 18th September 2013. The meeting, which all members were invited to attend, was held to ratify the recent Independent Chairman and Directors Appointments, receive a report from the Directors, approve the accounts, re-appoint the Auditors and allow members to comment on the progress of the Company.
