Billy Morgan podiums twice in one day

Billy Morgan 2nd Slope Style Aus

A fantastic day of results for Britain's Billy Morgan who won "The Mile High By Carlton Dry" Big Air competition  - a 4 Star World Snowboard Tour event that took place today in Perisher, Australia.  Earlier in the day Billy came 2nd in the Mile High Slopestyle competition and became the first person to land a triple in Australia.  The run that earned him second place consisted of a Backside Rodeo, Cab Double under flip and a Backside Triple 1440.  Although Morgan was bettered by Norway's Germund Bratten in the slopestyle comp, these two results show Billy's current form as he steps up and truly marks his place on the international snowboard scene at an event which boasted many of the top names in snowboarding.  After the opening World Cup slopestyle of the season was cancelled in Cardrona, NZ last week, this is a great start to an important season ahead.
