Annual General Meeting 2014 Report

The BSS Annual General Meeting was held at the BOA and Company’s Office in London on Wednesday 10th September 2014.  Although only 28 members were present an additional 64 proxy votes were represented on the day.  The Chairman opened the meeting with a summary of progress during the last year, a copy of which can be found here.  The meeting then voted to approve the Company’s Report and Accounts and re-appoint the Company’s Auditors.  Some lively discussion on a variety of aspects of the Company’s operations and direction then took place before the meeting closed.
