Landmark result for British Telemark

British Telemark Ski Team member Jasmin Taylor took a bronze medal at the 2012 Junior World Championships in Espot, Spain. The result came over the weekend in the Parallel Sprint event which is the newest and most exciting in Telemark involving head-to-head racing.

Jasmin made the transition from Alpine to Telemark after falling in love with the sport during a trial week at the the British Ski Academy. She now basses herself in Les Houches, France and trains with the French National Team.

Jasmin's result at the World Junior Championships will be considered as one of British Telemark's best and puts the British team on the map as a major contender for International success in the seasons to come.
