Outstanding result for Zoe at World Championships

British Snowboard Cross athlete Zoe Gillings had completed just three races in January following a long layoff due to injury at the Olympic Winter Games last year.  Despite this lack of time on snow Zoe managed an outstanding 7th place amongst the best in the world at the World Championships in La Molina in Spain.

A 7th place at a World Championship would be a great achievement at an time.  Making this result after so little time on snow and with very little financial support is truely outstanding.

It would be great to see what Zoe could achieve with World Class Funding and a World Class Programme!
