Having previously raced in alpine, he immediately took up telemark racing and attended three of the 2014 British Indoor Telemark Series races. With his focus on racing and having spent the 2014/15 season based in Verbier, Switzerland, Jasper was able to gain experience training and racing, which resulted in him becoming the U21 British Champion. Jasper also took 4th overall at the British Championships and secured his place on the World Cup Team.
