Paul Henderson

Paul started skiing at the age of 5 at Hillend Ski Centre in Edinburgh and quickly joined the local race team LSRA. After many years skiing on dry slope, he turned his attention to snow and through training with FAST and BSA, he managed to get on the British Children's Ski Team. He represented the team four times - twice in both the Czech Republic and at Topolino in Italy.

Moving into FIS Paul was selected for the Scottish Team and also the British Junior Team and was so proud to earn the spots to represent Team GB at the European Youth Olympic Festival in Liberec and the World Youth Olympics in Innsbruck.

Season 2014/2015 with Ambition had been his best to date: making big improvements in GS and in Slalom and getting selected to go to the World Junior Champs was a great experience. He feels very priveledged to be on the British Team and is proud to represent the team.

Paul's goals are to compete at the 2018 Winter Olympic Games in PyeongChang.
