James ‘Woodsy’ Woods takes first place at Slopestyle World Cup in Argentina

The first ever FIS Slopestyle World Cup event to be held in Argentina saw James 'Woodsy' Woods take the first place podium finish. James secured Great Britain's first snowsport world cup win in eight years with an incredible score of 90.4 and a clear finish for the BSS rider. The event in Ushuaia, Argentina, is the first FIS World Cup event of the year, which now sees James standing as the current World Cup points leader. It is also the first qualifier for the Sochi Winter Olympic Games in 2014, with James' outstanding success in the 'End of the World Challenge' this week counting towards his Olympic qualification.
An unbelievable start to the year for Woodsy and for Team BSS - bring on Sochi 2014!
