BSS New Board and Committee Update

We are pleased to update you on the recent progress in implementing a new Board conforming to our new Constitution.

The attached letter from CEO, Dave Edwards, details outcomes of the recent Discipline Committee Nominations and Election. Please note that due to the surprising lack of nominations for positions on each Discipline Committee, there has been no need for elections, so we have proceeded straight to appointments for the nominated candidates.

The letter also provides an update on the recruitment process for the Independent Chair and Directors, with the hope of final appointment at the BSS December Board meeting.
